A cyclist was taken to the hospital on Friday night with serious, but non-life threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
The Windsor Police and other emergency responders were called to the scene in the westbound lanes of Tecumseh Road East near Forest Glade Drive at about 9 p.m.
The area was closed to traffic for several hours to investigate and reconstruct the accident scene.
The police continue to investigate the cause of the crash and are asking anyone who saw the incident to please call them at 519-258-6111 or send an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477.
