Greg Monforton & Partners is pleased to announce that Jaclyn Habas, an associate lawyer at our firm, has been invited to speak at the 7th Motor Vehicle Litigation Summit.
Jaclyn will be on a panel discussing post discovery evidentiary issues. Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) members can attend this discussion in person on September 18 from 3:00 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. The summit is both an in-person and virtual event, so registered participants who cannot attend in person can access the broadcast online.
As in previous years, The Law Society of Ontario (LSO) sponsors this annual event. For OTLA members attending in person, the summit will take place at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre in Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday, September 18 through Thursday, September 19.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) credits available to participants include up to eight-and-a-half substantive hours and two-and-a-half professionalism hours. That is the total number of available credits for both days.
Other program highlights over the two-day summit include discussions about Road Authority Liability in Motor Vehicle Cases, E-Bikes and E-Scooters, LAT Procedural Law Updates, Strategies at Mediation, and much more.
This is a tremendous honour for Jaclyn and we are very proud of this latest achievement!
