We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jaclyn Habas to Senior Associate at Greg Monforton and Partners. A proud Windsor native, Jaclyn is an integral member of our firm, demonstrating consistent and exceptional dedication to personal injury law and client advocacy.
Jaclyn holds both a Canadian law degree from the University of Windsor and an American law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Beyond her client work, which focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, Jaclyn maintains active leadership roles in the legal community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Essex Law Association, and was elected for a three-year term to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) last spring.
Jaclyn has also presented at many events and conferences over the last couple of years. Most recently, she presented at the 7th Motor Vehicle Litigation Summit.
This promotion recognises Jaclyn’s legal expertise along with her commitment to professional excellence and advocating for clients.
