Our senior associate lawyer Joanna Sweet has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA).
This is a 3-year appointment and begins in May of this year. Over the past few years Joanna has worked tirelessly as an OTLA volunteer, actively contributing to the Practice Direction Committee (where she most recently helped draft OTLA’s submissions to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario) and she is one of the co-chairs of the upcoming OTLA Spring Conference.
Joanna is a very bright, hardworking, talented lawyer and is very deserving of this appointment. We are so proud of her!
