Three individuals were transported to a local hospital after suffering injuries in a Tuesday evening collision. The accident was on Electric Line and Highway 40 and involved two vehicles.
The drivers of both vehicles were hurt, along with one of the passengers. However, the injuries were non-life-threatening.
One driver was charged for failure to yield to traffic on a through highway, according to the OPP.
The authorities had to shut down Highway 40 to investigate the collision.
Authorities are appealing to the public for assistance. Anyone who was in the area at the time of the crash, possesses dash cam footage, or witnessed the incident is urged to contact OPP (1-888-310-1122).
