On Friday after noon, on or around 4:30 p.m. Perth County OPP responded to a two-vehicle crash in North Perth. The crash injured two individuals, both of whom were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. One of the individuals, who was more severely injured, was airlifted by ORNGE to a nearby trauma center. The other person injured in the crash was taken to a local hospital nearby.
According to a news article, the crash occurred as the two vehicles were driving along Line 87 and Road 165, causing road shut-downs until later that evening while the crash was being investigated. Roads have now reopened but the investigation will continue.
