Two people were taken to the hospital and one person died after a head-on collision on Highway 3 near Ruthven on July 15, 2015.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 4 p.m. and stated that a Saturn travelling eastbound with two passengers struck the eastbound shoulder of Highway 3, overcorrected and crossed into oncoming traffic into the westbound lane, where it struck a Pontiac. The Pontiac caught fire upon collision.
