Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a late-night crash that happened on Walker Road and Highway 3 in Windsor on Tuesday.

We will continue to update this story as more details become available. Our legal professionals send best wishes to all of those involved in this accident.
We know how frightening an accident can be, even if only minor injury results from the crash. Even individuals who believe they have not been physically harmed or mentally affected by a collision can sustain trauma that may appear later.
In some cases, accident victims have flashbacks to the event, or have an inexplicable aversion to sitting in the same seat of a car as they were in when their crash happened. Others may suffer from neck strains, wrist sprains, whiplash or other musculoskeletal conditions that do not present symptoms until days after the crash.
If you’ve been involved in an auto accident, make sure to get a thorough checkup from a trusted medical professional to be properly screened for injuries. You may have the right to file a claim for compensation because of the injuries you sustained, but if you do not have medical proof of the injury, doing so can be difficult.
